dont ship with UPS to Canada

I placed an order for two maps for a cost in CDN of about $68. They shipped UPS and UPS collects GST which is fine. The GST came to less than $9 but the UPS fees to collect were $42 so I ended up paying the shipping fee and another $51 in collection fee's so the UPS portion was more than the order.
Well done UPS, my option was to refuse the order and be sued by UPS and lose the maps.

Hi Philip, we're so sorry to hear of the GST hurdles you experienced with receiving your maps via UPS.
As I'm sure, you are well aware, given the Canadian Postal Service's ongoing strike, it's not really an option to receive your mail via this method right now. We have customers that ordered maps a month ago and they are still waiting to receive them because they were sent out via USPS.
We understand that this situation has been a bit less than pleasant for you, however, did the map itself meet your expectations? I see that you gave a two star review on the product itself so I'm just trying to get some clarity on if it was not only the poor shipping experience, but something wrong with the map itself.
Thanks again for your support and please let us know what we can do to help make this a bit better experience for you.
