SHIPPING POLICY

Butler Maps is committed to excellence and the full satisfaction of our customers. In most cases and whenever possible, orders will be fulfilled in the same day they are placed, if within normal business hours. Be assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible. Please consider any holidays, weekends or other interruptions that might impact delivery times. 

SHIPPING

All orders are processed and shipped out within 24 hours of the original order if placed during normal business hours. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or calls, shipments may be delayed slightly. Unless otherwise specified, we typically ship United States Postal Service First Class Mail which has a 4-6 business day anticipated delivery range. You will receive an emailed tracking number as soon as your order ships. For expedited shipping, we routinely use United States Postal Service Priority Mail which has a 2 to 3 business day anticipated delivery time frame. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

Oops, mistakes sometimes happen! If we are the ones that goofed, we'll make it right anyway we possibly can. However, it is your responsibility to make sure the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there's always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address. 

UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

Orders that are returned to us as ‘undeliverable' because of incorrect shipping information are subject to a re-shipping fee.

LOST / STOLEN PACKAGES

Butler Maps is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if your tracking information states that the package was delivered to the address listed on the original order. If you have not received your products please contact the post office first or report to the local authorities.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

Any order purchased from Butlermaps.com can be returned or exchanged within 30 days. If not completely satisfied, simply return the product for a prompt refund. You are responsible for return shipping charges. ITEM CONDITION. Unless an item is being returned because it was damaged upon receipt, item(s) to be returned must be in new, unused, and resellable condition. We reserve the right to refuse any return if the item does not meet the above criteria or at the discretion of store management. EXCLUDED ITEMS. All items with the exception of the following are eligible for return: Clearance Items, Final Sale Items, Gift Cards.

Whether you are returning for a refund, exchange or warranty request, please do the following before shipping:

  1. Place a copy of your new order receipt in the shipping box with the item you are returning.
  2. Make sure to include your order number, email, first and last name.
  3. Indicate the reason for the return.
  4. State if you would like a refund or exchange.

*Products purchased from any other retailer or website (Amazon, Etsy, etc.) must be returned to the original seller.
