Shipping, Refund and Returns Policy

Shipping

Items are shipped M-F. We usually ship orders same-day if ordered before 2PM Central Time. Orders received after the 2PM cutoff time will be shipped the following business day.

We ship to all US States with no additional charge for Alaska or Hawaii. We also ship internationally.

Free shipping is only available only to orders shipped to a US postal address.

All orders except for the Bucket List Bundle are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) and have a transit time of between 2 -7 days depending on your location and shipping method used.

Refunds and Returns

If you decide you do not like your map and wish to return it we offer a 14-Day money-back guarantee of your purchase price. You must contact us within 14 days expressing your wish to return the item. Buyer is responsible for shipping the item(s) back with their own funds. All items must be unused and in new condition. If we cannot re-sell the item due to noticeable use, we will not accept it.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, you will be notified by email and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a 7 days. If you do not see your refund on your account statement after 7 days, please contact us at info@butlermaps.com

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
