Great Starting Point for Route Planning

My map is on the kitchen table with a headlamp and magnifying glass. Winter project to do some route planning in NJ/PA/NY. I only need to figure out time/distance, dining, lodging, sites to see, fuel availability, etc.
An electronic format interfaced with Google Maps probably exists...I just need to find it. I'm sure I'll have a Garmin gadget soon. Already have the Rever App PRO, just figuring out how to make it all work together.

Only gripe is many of the roads showing highlighting etc. are too small on the map and do not show road numbers/names etc.

Our map content can be found electroncially on Rever (as you mentioned) and in the Avenza app. You'll find that both offer our patented rating system easily available for view and route planning purposes. Hope this helps!
